My little Tyler got glasses today! He is 4 years old now. He looks so much more grown up with them. Tia, my 6 year old got glasses in November. We have known since birth that our kids had no shot at perfect eyesight as both my hubby and I had glasses by 3rd grade. Oh well. He is not crazy about keeping them on so we will introduce them little by little. As long as he doesn't break them, I'll be happy.

He DOES look grown up! Cute too! I remember the struggle it was to keep Emily's on her when she got them. Now she gets mad if I take them off to clean them.
How cute are they. they leaving them on well? Mercede had glassed when she was 2 and then 3 but didn't need they again until around age 14 and I haven't been able to get her to wear them yet. But her eyesight isn't that bad. Cheyenne has worn them since probably about age 8, Never had any issues, EXCEPT the time her glasses were only a week old and she acciddently knocked them off the sink into her dirty laundry and then she went to wash and DRY it!! lol But we got a new pair free!! lol She gets mad cause she wants to wear sunglasses so I make sure to get her those transitional glasses so they are tinted when she is out in the Sun, so she can be cool looking. !!lol
